DESCRIPTION

With the criticism facing police agencies today, there is no room for inaccurate gunfire or unsafe handling practices. Officers must be able to rapidly neutralize legitimate threats to public safety without endangering other officers and innocent bystanders. Officers who are not confident in their weapon handling skills are much more likely to panic and commit grievous use of force errors. Ridgeline’s Streetfighter Pistol Course is designed for officers who want to build their firearms proficiency and agency firearms instructors who desire to improve their training programs.

PREREQUISITE / NEXT COURSE:

Students must be ACTIVE Law Enforcement Officer, Military Personnel or credentialed Government Contractor.

Low-Percentage Shots
Alternate shooting positions
Multiple target engagements
Shooting on the move
Use of cover/utilizing barricades
Moving targets
Extreme close quarters weapons retention
Injured shooter techniques/support side operation
Vehicle deployment
Fighting from/around vehicles
Urban and vehicular environment scenarios

Our Reviews

This is the second class I have signed up for. I travel 1600 miles round trip to come to Ridgeline and that should tell you everything you need to know about how I feel about the value and experience of training here.

The Mid Range Carbine class I took at Ridgeline was the most fun, and I think the most beneficial class I have ever taken.

In addition to what we did in the class, I left with a great base of things to work on. Can’t wait to get back to Ridgeline again soon!

I wish I had taken this class when I was a newer shooter so I didn’t have to unlearn so many bad habits. I would recommend the classes here to anyone!
