The Patented Arisaka Offset Scout Mount is designed specifically for the Surefire Scout Light M600 and M300 series weapon lights, the Modlite PLH and OKW weapon lights, the Arisaka 300, 600 and 18650 Series Lights, the Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1, 2 and HL-X (non-laser), and Olight Odin.

Why use an offset? These become pretty handy when you have to negotiate a laser on the danger end of a weapon system. It also allows you flexibility of under or over bore mounting for your light.
