DESCRIPTION
Much like learning a language, sometimes the best way to develop mastery in a platform is through complete immersion. Welcome to the Full Spectrum Precision Rifle course.
This 5-day course combines everything our facility has to offer. From honing your ability to locate, range, and engage on over 200 steel, moving, and pop up targets, to mastering winds on our Mountain course, this course is the total package of precision rifle shooting.
The course is structured similar to a pre deployment training package, giving students an immersive experience where they will begin to take true ownership of their skillset. Each day will have a specific training focus but will also offer lots of opportunities to work the same skills repeatedly, refining the process, decreasing time, and pushing students to their limits.
Students will engage targets utilizing paper and steel arrays from 100-1200 yards including moving targets. Shooters will be challenged to engage multiple targets from varying positions while still performing fundamental tasks at a high level of competence. Students will work through alternate positions, tripod work, real world prop/barricade work and spend two days conducting exercise’s of known and unknown distance target engagements on our mountain wind course.

PREREQUISITE / NEXT COURSE:
Prerequisite: This is aSkills Enhancement course. Ridgeline skills enhancement courses have been designed to place shooters in new positions, challenge durability of position and fundamentals, and improve speed and marksmanship. These courses provide less step by step instruction on basic skills with a higher emphasis on coaching to push boundaries and overcome obstacles so the student may achieve new levels of performance. This is not an entry level course. Familiarization with your specific rifle and scope are expected. A core understanding of zeroing, fundamentals of marksmanship, and basic ballistics should be held by the student. General safe firearms handling is expected of all students.
Next Course: If you are not confident in meeting the prerequisite for this course check out our Precision Rifle and Advanced Precision Rifle courses to build the skills necessary to join this class.
