The LEC502 Patrol Rifle Instructor course is designed to develop capable law enforcement officers with a solid foundation in marksmanship into more proficient shooters with a deeper understanding of not only how to achieve results, but why those results occur. This course is restricted to law enforcement.
This two-day course focuses on refining the skills necessary to perform in lethal encounters while strengthening students’ ability to evaluate shooting technique, identify deficiencies, and understand the principles that drive consistent results.
Beyond individual skill development, the course prepares officers to bring these lessons back to their agencies. Students will develop the knowledge and instructional skills necessary to establish measurable standards, deliver effective training, and cultivate the next generation of proficient law enforcement riflemen.
The objective is to develop instructors who understand more than the fundamentals of shooting—they understand the how and why behind them and can translate that knowledge into meaningful, measurable improvement across their agencies.
